Do not use this website for a medical emergency. The forms are not monitored continuously and a submission may not be seen immediately.

In an emergency, call 90830 01515 or come directly to the hospital. Our emergency department operates 24 hours a day, every day.

Submitting the appointment form sends us a request. It does not reserve a slot and does not confirm that a particular doctor will be available.

• You will see a reference number (in the form NCH-YYMMDD-XXXX) once your request is received. Please keep it.
• Our front desk will contact you by telephone to confirm the consultant, the date and the exact time.
• Your appointment is confirmed only when our staff tell you so. Until then, treat it as unconfirmed.
• Consultant availability, OPD days and timings can change at short notice due to surgery, emergencies or leave.
• We may decline or reschedule a request where clinically appropriate or where the department cannot accommodate it.

Please provide accurate details. A wrong mobile number is the most common reason a request cannot be confirmed.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading or impersonated details, or book appointments in another person's name without their authority
• Submit automated, bulk or repeated requests, or otherwise interfere with the operation of this website
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the administration panel, our database or any part of our systems
• Copy, republish or commercially reuse content from this website without our written permission
• Upload or transmit anything unlawful, defamatory, or containing malicious code

We may refuse service, block access or take further action where these terms are breached.

We take care to keep the information on this site current, including our departments, consultants, qualifications, facilities and timings. Even so, content may become out of date between updates, and it is provided for general information only.

Confirm anything you intend to rely on — a consultant’s availability, whether a particular procedure is offered, or current timings — by calling us before you travel.

The Nova City Hospital name, logo and the content of this website are owned by or licensed to Sachet Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

This site embeds a Google Map and links to WhatsApp so you can reach us conveniently. Those services are operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Durgapur, in the State of West Bengal, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with this website or these terms.
